Once employed, they enter our proven National Training Program where they receive one on one training from one of the most highly respected Technicians in the industry. Our Technicians don’t enter the field until they’ve graduated the program to ensure we put the highest caliber of quality in front of you.
O Our Technicians are thoroughly vetted because it’s truly important to us that our customers are safe in their homes. Prior to employment, every Technician is required to pass an extensive background check and before they enter the field, their fingerprints are put on file with the FBI.

YYour overall safety matters to us. Recognizing that you’ve never met your Technician before, we make it easy for you to verify employment so that you know you are letting the RIGHT person into your home. When your Technician arrives, they will be wearing a formal ADT/Bulldog identification badge with their picture. For additional protection, each badge has a scannable QR Code that will bring you to a specific landing page that verifies that individual’s employment with us.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We will upgrade or install a new ADT wireless alarm with one (1) integrated digital keypad and panel (guaranteeing 3 door contacts,
siren, battery/backup, Motion or Glass break) one (1) free key fob and one (1) free cell primary.

Your first bill will begin on the day you start your service/installed. Your first bill will appear to be higher than your agreed upon monthly rate as it will include the partial month of install plus your first full month of coverage. By way of example, if your system was installed on 10/15/2018, your first bill will cover monitoring from 10/15/2018 through 11/30/2018. After that, each month your bill will reflect your agreed upon monthly rate.

Should you ever need to change/update your billing information, you have two options. You can either visit myadt.com or you can call ADT’s billing department @ (800) 622-5378.

You will receive your permit information within one week after your install via email. Make sure to apply for this ASAP to avoid
any penalties from your county/city.

If you need to change any information (contact #’s, password, etc.), or make any special instructions for your account, please
visit myadt.com or call (877) 238-3312.

Go to www.myadt.com if you would like to set up your account online. You will need the primary phone number, verbal
password, and zip code that was created when ADT/Bulldog set up your account. Within your online account, you can update billing information, contact numbers, passwords, and even get a copy of your alarm certificate.
